Chalet All-Day Tasting Tour
The Chalet is designed to showcase the craftsmanship, quality, versatility of taste occasions of Mifroma signature cheeses.
The mobile chalet invited guests to explore a taste of Switzerland and become immersed in the Mifroma story while driving retail demand. Utilizing modern, approachable and Swiss-inspired architecture, we brought to life an elegant cheese delicatessen tasting room to inspire consumers to try what Mifroma has to offer.
As part of the tasting tour, Øuterkind partnered with local culinary influencers and invited them to attend the events, explore their own recipes and review Mifroma signature cheeses.Over the 2 month tour, the Øuterkind team delivered 10 retail events, 4 corporate partner lunches, 2 festival events with a combined 6,000 unique tastings.
